Tomato rice

Ingredients:
- Cooked rice(2 cups)
- oil
- Urad dal(2 tsp)
- Green chili(1 no.)
- Red chili(2 no)
- Tomato(3 no.)
- Garlic(5 no.)
- onion(1 no.)
- cashew nuts(10 no.)
- ginger
- Bengal gram(2 tsp)
- Mustard seeds(1 tsp)
- Red chili powder(1/2tsp)
- Turmeric powder(1/4 tsp)
- Curry leaves
- salt(as needed)
- coriander leaves
- sugar (small pinch)
Preparation:
1.Take 2 cup of boiled rice and sprinkel 2 tbsp of oil in it and mix it well.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and let it pop.
3. Then add Bengal gram, urad dall roast it till get golden brown.
Then add red chili ,curry leaves.
4.Add garlic and onion and cook it 2 minutes.
5. Then add the cashew nuts fry this till it get golden brown.
6. Then add the chopped tomatoes and sauté it well.
7. Add turmeric powder, green chili , red chili powder, salt and add some water cook it 10 minutes.
8. If you need add small pinch of sugar and mix it well.
9. Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix it well. Then add this with the boiled rice mix it well with the rice.
Our tasty tomato rice is ready to serve.
