Coconut rice
Ingredients:
1. Boiled rice (1 cup)
2. Coconut(1/4 cup) grated
3. Mustard seeds(1/4 tsp)
4. Bengal gram(1 tsp)
5. Urad dal(1 tsp)
6. Cashew nuts(2 tbsp)
7. Green chillies(2 No.)
8. Ginger(1 inch ) chopped
9. Coconut oil(3 tbsp)
10. Curry leaves
11. Salt
12. Red chilli(3 No.)
Preparation:
1. At first cook the rice and take one cup of boiled rice add 1tbsp of oil in it and mix it well.
2. Grate the coconut and keep it aside.
3. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil add some mustard seeds let it splutter.
5. Now add Bengal gram urad dal and cashew nuts.
6. Add red chilli and grated ginger mix it well.
7. Then add red chilli,curry leaves now add grated coconut and salt cook it 3 minutes switch off the flame.
